What's Going On Today 7/15???
I've had a couple of days off and have finally had the chance to work here and there on a few of my half done projects. I started early today and have been going back and forth between them and posting at the village this morning. As I type this I'm covered in spackle dust. My younger son went back to school today so I started right after I put him on the bus.
So far I've:
Made a Home Depot run for more sanding blocks
Mowed the front lawn
Made a triple batch of pancakes and frozen most
Put the first coat of paint on DS#2s desk
Sanded down two walls of the first spackle coat
Still on my agenda:
Ironing
At least one more coat on the desk
Put in another half hour or so of sanding
Clean up the sand mess
Make a grocery run
Play a couple of games with DS#1
Make dinner
Take DS#1 to a scrimage game this evening
Ask DH when he gets home:
To pull a couple more pieces of molding
Scrub the tubs
Weedwack
A very productive day laid out here. I've needed it. All the half done stuff was really getting to me.
Hope everyone else has a great day!!!

Wow, excellent work! I am finally feeling "normal" again after we were involved in a car accident a couple of weeks ago. Stress will do that to you! In a few minutes I plan on heading outside to mow a little bit while it's still cool. Then after lunch I am heading in to town to get our pickup serviced. While that is getting worked on, I'm going to take my youngest 2 to the swimming pool for a fun-filled afternoon. Then I will pick up our oldest from theatre camp and head home. Not as productive as your day, but busy nevertheless.

Today is my day off since its my week to work Saturday so I plan on getting as much cleaning done today so I don't have to deal with it this weekend.
Joe is off to and Paige skipped daycare so we went out together for breakfast and made a quick trip to Lowes at Paige's request.
Joe is now riding his bike and I have a load of towels started and next I will be cleaning out the litter box.
Not sure what else we will be doing. I know Paige and I will play outside some, but right now she said she is tired and wants to take a nap....lol (while watching Spongebob of course)
Hope you all have a good day.

My sister came over this morning for coffee and to swim. She has vacation time.We are going to check on her horses , and then back here to fix lunch and take it out to our neighbors. They are cutting our hay.We have another parcel being cut, so we will drop them off something to eat as well. Then back home to work a little more on my flowers.Have a great day!

I woke up tired, but managed to clean the bathroom, cat box and get the laundry rolling along. Need to get ready for work and prep dinner before I go. Need to get a few groceries on my way home. Have a great day everyone.

Well, we already fed and checked on all the animals this morning.
Finish hanging up the last two loads of laundry.
Sort thru some items to put on Craigslist and a yardsale.
Hopefully weed the garden.
Make a meatloaf for supper tonight.

I don't have too much going on today. It's the first day babysitting for a neighbor's 7 week old, so we'll just be working into getting into a new routine for the next few days. But really, with my 2 kids already in the house, our schedule is hectic and fly-by-night, so having another baby in the house isn't to upheaving!
Today I've:
Watered the garden & new plants
Did 2 loads of laundry
Picked up the house
I need to:
walk to the store to get some OJ (for the HM Gatorade recipe)
water the front plants
make some blueberry muffins to use up the blueberries
Vaccuum
And I think that is about it for today!

We are not doing much at all today.
~Between noon and 1:00 drop kids off at a Call of Duty 4 tournament.
~Take the kids some dinner around 5:00.
~Around 10:00-10:30 tonight - pick the kids up from the tournament.
While the kids are gone I am going to just be lazy. I have some star ornaments I may paint. I might go develop some of the baseball, volleyball and Bible school pictures. I took almost 500 shots over the past 4 weeks and need to get them all printed and scrapbooked. I am debating on taking an Advil PM or something a bit stronger. My legs are really bothering me and my hands are starting get some pains in them.
My day is really up in the air. I guess I will just see how my day unfolds.DD (19)

DH has the day off today because we have to go to the dentist. But that's not until 3. This morning we got up and went to the movie theater to catch the free family film. It was Jonah: Veggie Tales. DS only lasted about an hour and then we had to leave. :/ Good thing it's free!
Now we're just relaxing and maybe we'll walk over to the playground after DS naps.
