Default I'm going to take that big plunge..got a j.o.b

I made a post somewhat back that I might be able to go to work with dh and was worried about the daycare thing.

Well I start next week. I mean there is so many things that are cool but yet starts my anxiety up. We will ride together in the same car and save gas. My dh is my boss. lol(but really his bigger boss I will answer too)

I have been home for three years now and my emotions are crazy. As much as I love being at home with my kids, I also want to go back out and make some money for our debt. It is only part time but still can feel so overwelming when I am used to my comfort zone.

Never once have I left my one year old. Only for a short time with my mom. His new babysitter I really trust. He loved it there and I feel he needs to be around other kids. I think sometimes it's harder on the parent to drop their child off at daycare than it is for the child. lol.

And some of you thought I wasn't old fashioned. heh.

I love being at home but I sure need a balance, per say. I feel really lonely and depressed sometimes. Maybe I would feel different if there was no debt?

I got the position of what I wanted. I just hope I can do a really good job and not feel so nervous.

    Wish me luck...

Good luck. I can relate to the lonliness of being a SAHM. Even though I have my kids aroung me all day and I am busy most of the day, I crave a good adult conversation. I want to discuss something other than Thomas the Tank Engine or Princesses. When I used to work part-time, it was nice to get out once or twice a week and just talk to "big people".

    Enjoy your new job.

Congratulations on the new job. Once you actually start, I'm sure the anxiety will calm down.

Congrats, I'll bet it's good for your whole family . Enjoy, try not to 'sweat the small stuff' (and it's all small stuff anyway).

I am also going back to work after the kids start school in the fall. I have been home for 5 years and homeschooled my kids 4 of those 5 years.

I am a wreck thinking about it, but I want our debt GONE!!!!

Good luck to you. And here are some mommy (((hugs)))

Yes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.
