    Default Up 50 cents!

    per hour, that is! I wore Navy blue, as this week, my alergies have gone totally nuts. I'm just lucky the haze from the California fires hasn't caused an asthma attack (live any closer, and it might have). My nose is so dry and red from all the nose blowing...

    So I wore naby blue. I got a raise of 50 cents an hour! She says they usually do 25 to 30, but since I have a bit of a commute...



    Stash this away to the new car fund, the EF...

    Congrats on the raise!! Thats awesome...but why did you wear navy blue because of your allergies??? and how did it get you a raise?? I'm a little confused...lol!

    ~Wasn't there a question recently about what color to wear when asking for a raise? Most people suggested red. Red wouldn't look so great with red eyes and a runny nose! OP wore what I would have chosen, a plain color for a female boss[and pink for a male boss;-)]. Congrats on your raise!!!~

    Thanks. And: True. The Navy blue: makes my eyes look even bluer. 'cides, draws attention away from the nose.

    Wow, grats on the raise! I actually found that if I wore a white top and a black skirt, that worked too.
