Technology is ganging up against me!

What an afternoon!

I was on the road heading out of state to care for my father (btw: his cancer treatments are going well). The car started shaking all over like I had a flat, but I didn't have a flat. I tried to call hubby, but my cell phone went dead, and it was fully charged! Screen said that call failed and that there was no service. I kept trying to get him and could sometime, not other times. Car kept shaking. Finally got hubby and he came to find me and check out the car. We agreed that I should return home. Will have to have both car and phone checked out tomorrow. And then I found that my computer was acting up when I returned home. Argh.......

Called my mom on the house phone. She said that her cell phone was doing the same thing as mine today. Mine is Verizon and her's is US Cellular. Wonder what is going on.....

Anyway, I just hope the house air conditioning doesn't join the conspiracy. It's 106 heat index here, with a real temp of 99 today.
