    Default The Price of Gas.......

........Is going down here by 10 cents a liter tonight!!!!! Im running on vapors cause I refused to fill up before it went down. According to news its gonna drop as the price per barrel has dropped on the world market. BTW...we have a regulated gas system here...it can only increase or decrease once a week at midnight thursday night.

Gas in our town went down from $3.99 to $3.93 this week. Across the border in Illinois it was $4.25. I forgot to fill back up today on my way home from work. I hope it doesn't jump in time for the weekend. Tourist town + Weekend = higher gas prices (normally)

Last time we went to town it was $3.74 a gallon so I don't know if ours has lowered. Only know I have $25 in my checking and can't go anywhere right now that isn't necessary.

They finally broke down here in my little town and lowered it from $4.19 to $3.95. I put less than $10 in the tank to try and get the needle to move off the *E*. I got about an eighth of a tank now. Phew!

I wonder if it's going down here in Calgary. That would be nice. I just think it's complete crap that the oil is dug for in the province I live in, but we pay higher gas prices than the US or anyone else for that fact.

Perhaps Stelmach should take that 12B windfall and actually get oil companies to lay off on Albertans at the pump. It's ridiculous.

The issue with the oil in Alberta is they export most of it!! Yeah I know....they export it and then we have to import more for the countries use...go figure...you would think they would want to support Canada a little better than that!! If you converted ours at what it was yesterday $1.40 a liter to gallons we would be paying $5.29 a gallon. So I guess I win the prize for HIGHEST gas prices!!

Good morning..it's down here in NS... $1.35/L today, but still $1.40 something in rural areas. I *THINK* that would convert to $5.08/gal in the US.

The lowest I saw it yesterday was 3.70 at Walmart last night. But this morning it was back to 3.73. With all the stations I pass on my way to work it was anywhere from $3.72 (3.719 if you want to get technical) to 3.76)

Today is payday, which means its car fill up day as well.

On the Texas side of my area, it was 3.99 to 4.01 but is not at 3.79 and holding. 10 miles the other direction on the Oklahoma side it was 4.07 last night.
