    Routines give us comfort, especialy when so many things we can't controll are happening around us.

    I am without a doubt a crature of habit. I don't think it keeps me from being spontaneous.

    I would say I'm somewhat a creature of habit with certain things but there are other things I do regularly that I change up. One is housework; I do it out of order or vacuum a different direction to break the chains of boredom and repetition.

    Pretty much but some things I do the same on purpose. I always park in the same lane at the grocery store. If I don't I will never find my car when I come out!

    YES! I am most certainly a creature of habit!! I get dressed for work everyday in the same exact order! It makes things easier, but with that being said I will not have a stroke if I miss a step in the process every now and then
