DH got into an accident at work.

I'd fight it going on my record. There was clearly nothing he could do. If anything the 18 year old should be the one that should have to suffer all the fallout from the accident.

Thankfully no one was hurt! I hear ya on the safety school. DH's job requires stuff like that too.

Like everyone else, glad he wasn;t hurt, but that stinks that he's gonna get held accountable for it!!

I'm glad that no one was hurt. As to them placing it on his record, it's not right to charge him. Maybe he could get the officer's report of the accident and have it placed in his record along with a formal protest or something. I know that's an option with my dh's work as a P&D driver. Your dh should be able to contest them charging the accident to him.
