    Default Bursitis

Not sure if I spelled that right. Does anyone know of any natural remedies that will help. I have it in my right shoulder and arm and its aching like a toothache. I don't want to have to go to the doctor since I don't have insurance.

Acupuncture. I would also check webmd and see if they have anything that will work. AcuPRESSURE may help and you can do it yourself!

I tried the acupuncture for it and it didn't help. I finally fired my doctor and went to a new doc that sent me for physical therapy. They gave me a bunch of home exercises to do along with the exercises I did there. I still get twinges from it but nothing like before the physical therapy.

Thanks. I ended up having to see a doctor and get a shot in my shoulder. I'm experiencing some extreme pain from this. I got the shot yesterday but it hasn't helped much. I've slept very little the last 2 nights. My thumb on that hand is also numb. The doctor gave me pain meds...hydrocodone but it hasn't even touched the pain. I can't take ibuprophen because of a stomach problem. I've been puttting moist heat on it and it does help some. I've had this before but this is the worst ever.

Heating pad should help. I saw you can't take ibuprofen, but what about naproxen. When I broke my ankle, I was given pain pills, and i preferred naproxen. I bought a huge bottle @ Walmart for like $4.00. I hope you feel better soon, keep us posted!!!
