to getting merrick's birth certificate. we went down to the court building and got a delayed birth application. the same lady that told us to send all our paperwork to columbus was there but thankfully she was helping someone else at the time. y she didnt just give us the paper last time i dont understand. so either on thursday or monday (depends on my brother) we will get the form filled out and notarized then give it back to the court clerks office (where we were today) and hopefully get his birth certificate in a few weeks then after that his birth certificate. long story short merrick's dad never tried to get his birth certificate and hasnt seen merrick in over a little over a yr b/c he mistook a threat i made. i threatened that i would call the police and get my stuff if i didnt get it back, i did just that but it didnt get me anywhere near my stuff b/c he was at work when we went to get my stuff. a couple months after that happened he threw my stuff and possibly merrick's stuff out. was able to replace my social security card and my mom had a copy of my birth certificate, so those were replaced sort of easily. after we get merrick's birth certificate and social security card i will go on legal aid's site (jason got thier pamplet from greene couty's job and family services when we went there for our food stamps appointment) and see about getting the ball rolling for jason to adopt merrick. sry so long, its been a long day.

thanks. forgot to mention that we went to eat at olive garden, then to the mall to get me some bras (dont wear them but she wanted to get them anyways), a couple of shirts and a skirt. mom bought all that stuff for me along with a outfit for merrick. we forgot to bring the stroller to the mall and he was a terror at the end b/c he kept wanting to go into stores we didnt need to go into or just stood there.
