Right now
It's 10:19 and I have my grandbabies tucked in the bedroom across the hall. We went to Jackson and got some information that we needed. The two oldest gks have been registered for kindergarten and 2nd grade here in MS. I found a church friend who is willing to watch my youngest gk until the child care center has an opening in October. Things seem to be coming together right now. I can only pray and claim that they continue to move smoothly.
The kid's mother should be hearing from my ds's lawyer by tomorrow or Thursday. That's when things are really going to get interesting.
Right now, though? Right now, I am blessed because I got to spend the evening with these babies and I got to listen to them tell me, "I love you, Nana." and give me muddy little hugs and kisses. Right now, I am blessed because they trust Papa and I enough to take care of any problems in their world if their Daddy cannot. They kind of think that Papa is "The Enforcer" or something, I guess.
Anyways, I am enjoying "right now." I hope your evening is as blessed.
