Are you actually going to get a degree? What do entry level chefs out of this program actually make? I urge caution, I guess, because I saw this train wreck on You Tube. One of my sister's friends made a similar error, but with ITT Tech.

It is a 2 year course and I will be getting an Associates Degree when its completed. I'm not worried about the school as it is a local school and I know others who have gone and taken the same course. My DH went to it for his HVAC training 8 years ago. I know one of my duties will basically be helping the teacher as her assistant. The school has a catering business and it is my understanding that my working with her on catering is part of the 'work program' I'll be in.
