So what's new?
I'm bored, stuck at work til 6:30 (had to come back and close since I left early b/c Wesley had a fever) and I can't take anymore of the B.O/J.M. diatribe.
So tell me what's new with you! Entertain me, FV!McD

I played Mario Kart earlier with my son and then went outside and checked the garden. Been a HOT day with nothing to do. Now it's time to go start making things for dinner.

I found out today that I am going to be a great aunt!
I had to run DS#2 to town because a bracket from his braces came off! UGH!! Thankfully it didn't take them long to put it back on.~*Michelle*~

Here's a warning, don't listen to Dave Ramsey while cleaning out the fridge and cooking. I have made home made pizza (even the dough, kneading and everything!) I had some cheese and pepperoni that needed to be used, tuna salad to use up some soon to expire eggs, and I am looking for what to make next. I shouldn't have to cook for the rest of the week lol! Sorry you're stuck at work. While I was at work today, I got to see a big juicy infected boil. See, now you're job doesn't seem that bad does it?
Russ, congrats to the wife!
Intlmom, I love veggie tales, esp. the pirates who don't do anything!DJ

Russ- Congrats to the wife and to you. I know she stresses and that makes you worry!! Here's to fewer gray hairs!
Traci--What VeggieTales movie were you watching? Wesley loves VeggieTales. First movie he saw in a theater was the Pirates Who Don't Do Anything. The seat folded up on him!
Crystal--I love Mario Kart. I have it for my DS. I may break it out and play it tonight while I take my bubble bath. (Yes I play videogames in the bathtub.)
Michelle--Congrats on that whole great aunt thing. How exciting!
DJ-Boils don't bother me. I was a medic in the military. I worked in the burn center at BAMC for awhile. I can handle just about everything. I need to do a massive clean/cook of my fridge. I hate wasting food.
Only 40 minutes left!McD

You're probably already out the door now....but here's what's new at our house.
Not one but TWO new cell phones (dang it!). We lost both of our's in Miami last week. Ggrrhhhh....I'm gonna charge mine and put all my numbers into tomorrow, pay bills, reconcile bank statements...etc.... . I've done 400 loads of laundry today....

Still there?!
I got to take my kids to day camp out in the boonies (for a California girl that is, lol!). It was a beautiful place and drive to get there, pine trees everywhere!

Gabe: Go practice falling down, I'll be there in a bit.
Lisa: The phone situation really kinda stinks.
Frugalfriend: That sounds nice. I love the idea of just taking a long drive on a scenic trip. I miss being around nature.McD

She was watching "Moe and the Big Exit". It;s essentially the story of Moses and the exodus out of eygpt. We went and saw the Pirates movie last week at a free movie day for kids. It was her first movie...she sat in my lap the whole time. She was totally freaked out by the cheese curls, other than that, she loved it.....as did my boys.

Hmmm, going home. I'll chalk it up to the power of suggestion and do that too. Nothing new here. Hope you all have a great evening.
