Car "Vandalized" -- ugh
I was sleeping when the Old Man came home from work. When he bent over to kiss me hello, I noticed he was wet. Looking out the window and not seeing a storm I asked him why he was dripping all over me...
He drove the work van back to the office and as he drove by his car in the lot, he noticed there was 'white stuff' all over the windshield and side of the car... not just a little, totally covered.
He immediately got his supervisor and they checked it out... Yogurt, and a hell of a lot of it to be able to cover his windshield and drivers side of the car.
There are other offices in the complex he works and he doesn't think it was someone he works with as he has no problems with any of them. I think it could be his ex-van partner who was fired recently.
He took the car to a DIY carwash, and after some elbow grease and $3 in quarters, the car is as good as new... but I am still annoyed and a bit weary about what will happen tomorrow.
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

That's so maddening. We came home once to find an egg had been thrown at our house. Very aggravating! I hope nothing else happens to your husband's car.
How much we enjoy what we have is more important than how much we have. Life is full of people who have more than they know what to do with, but cannot be content. It is the capacity to enjoy life that brings contentment.---Unknown

I used to have that kind of stuff happen all the time when I parked my car in the street in front of the house (I don't do that anymore). It's amazing how much damage an egg shell can do to paint on a car if the egg is thrown hard enough.

Soory for your hubby's trouble.
It's too bad that when the "people" who do this kind of stuff if caught are given just a slap on the wrist. How dare they inconvenience others or ruin something that doesn't belong to them.:rollingpin:~*Darlene*~

That's just awful that people have to act like that...but at least it washed off, it could have been much worse.

DH had a eggs thrown at his brand new car once - eats the paint right off and from experience, paint is NOT cheap ($600 in damage - w/ DH doing it himself)!
