Been away for a while...
Where to begin. Back in May a tree fell through our house, 100ft. poplar. Argued with insurance company from May till the middle of July about "replacement cost". I thought the good hands people would be better that. I seriously thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. There were bugs in the house and no central air. We had to buy 3 window units to try to make the house comfortable. (We didn't want to leave our house because of our dogs so we were trying to make due. We didn't know the ins. co. would take so long.) Construction started August 12th. I went back to work on the 14th. I teach. Things are coming along now. I'll be stopping by once in a while, I start college the 26th and my son starts driving school. Everyone take care!

Darn those poplars & cranky slow insurance people. Poplars grow fast & don't live long before they can cause problems. Not good near a house.
Hope your home is new & improved soon.~*Darlene*~

Glad they're working on it finally.
DH just chopped down a big tree (don't know types, myself) out front that was big and dying and ready to fall on the cabin in the next storm. One less worry.______

We;re still fighting with our insurance company on a claim from last October! WThe biggest obstacle is the claim adjuster for our area. Apparently he has a problem talking to women. He doesn't want to deal with me only DH and when he does talk to me, he treats me like I'm an airhead without a thought in my head! Really gets my italian blood boiling!
