Ten days is up and now.....
I am baking my amish friendship bread!! Anyone ever tried it? I hope it turns out, it smells pretty yummy.

I had a batch that lived in my fridge for years...until one day it finally met its demise. It is great tasting though...I liked making coffee cake from the starter mix....yum, yum!

I love it but haven't made it for a while. The only person I know who would appreciate the extra (?) starters is my mother, and she's 400 miles away.
It's really delicious though so enjoy!
