howdy from the N GA mtns
Just a good morning and a howdy to all here from the mtns of north Ga. My family homesteads about 15 acres of mtn land in the upper corner of Ga where TN, NC and Ga meet. We currently produce and raise about 90 % of our food products here with hopes of becoming as close to 100% as we can in the near future. We already live quite frugally but am hoping to learn and glean as much information and tips/ hints that i can from this site as well as maybe make a few new friends in the process.
luv n lite to all

Welcome. I'm sure if there is anything left for you to learn that you can learn it from this great website. I am totally envious of your position as a homesteader. It is a dream of mine. Those mountains in GA must be beautiful. There are some pretty mountains here where I live near corner of NE Alabama, TN, and NW GA. I've been coming to this site for help and insight for years now. I am sure you have a lot that you could teach all of us as well. We are so glad to have you here! Can't wait to hear more from you!
