so i'm trying to think of snacky foods (mostly for me) to have during the day. I always need a pick me up by mid-afternoon.
and i'm not a sugar eater... I just don't like the stuff.

So when it comes to snacks, I want to make my own.
And chopped veggies & fruits are great... but can get a little boring by themselves.

So...
what do YOU snack on?
