Any other golf widows out there?
My DSO has recently re-discovered his love of golf.
He is now out pllaying when ever he gets a chance - am thinking about learning to play so that I can spend some quality time with him!
I don't actually blame him as I have been busy studying and with my small side business (that I run with my sister). Don't get me wrong I am not begrudging him time away from the home - he works hard and he loves to play and spend the time with his mates.
But I'm just wondering what on earth is so great about this game?

Mine is a golfer.I usually find a couple we can go with. We play tennis(the ladies), they golf. The best thing I have found about golf is it gives me a chance to play tennis.Good luck.

First of all I had to laugh, because DH is out golfing right now!! I would say he golfs about 3 times a week!! I do golf with him sometimes, but not usually. I don't exactly know what the big deal is, but I do have fun most of the time when I go with him!!
It really bothers me when he goes golfing and leaves me with all three kids and today, I also have my niece!!! So, four kids, ages 10, 2, 15 months, and 1 year!! Not very fair, but oh well, right!!
