Yeesh, I lost my post.....here I go again.

Anyone who has lived past, present, or has family living in the area could you please give me any details about living in the city or the area's around it? Which area's to avoid, which would be your favorite? Anything you think is relavent.

We would be renting an apartment.

I would like to know cost of living information also:

electricity
gas
gasoline
grocery stores, (do they accept coupons? do they double?)
