His Majesty The Cat
Is it just me or do cats start to rule the roost, so to speak. My cat who is aptly named Budha, and is huge as a house, seems to be running our household.
For instance:
First thing in the morning he bounces of the front door to be let in, bleary eyed I open the door and poor him a bowl of milk. He drinks it then wants to be let out. 20 minutes later while i am in the shower he bounces on the door and my son gets up lets him in and gives him a bowl of milk. He then sits in his favourite chair whether your sitting in it or not. And doesn't move till dinner. Then he is full of demands again. I am starting to think that maybe I am his slave and this is his house.
Does anyone else have a cat who is King/Queen.
Cheers

I don't know what I would do without the little princesses

Lucy is my laid back hippy cat (I really do think she smoked dope in her previous life--she's so mellllloooowwww) and Marlee is the queen diva. She's just letting me and Lu live here
Marlee "knows" when it is time to get up and time to go to bed. She definitely rulez this house. But you just gotta love her.

Yep, we exist to give them food and love on them when they want attention.

I have a King and a Queen at my house. Festus wakes me up if he thinks it's time for me to be awake and Nosey won't let me go to sleep until she has her nightly royal rub down.

Well, you know the saying: cats were worshipped as gods in ancient Egypt and they have never forgotten it.
