Default What Are Your Plans For Today (Sunday)?

Well this week has been pretty hectic for me with DH almost completely out of commission for the week. It's been him, the couch, and his hockey game. Work wasn't much help either as I've been covering part of the workload for 2 other positions as well ass mone.....So I haven't really been able to focus on stuff I want to focus on, only what I need to. Today it's going to be things I want to focus on.

~ time here at the Village
    ~ make a good dinner
~ do a bunch of cook ahead stuff to leave for Dh and DS#1 for next weeken while DS#2, my mother, and I are out of town
~ pick an area to fling from and go for it
    ~ flip through the circulars
    ~ pack for this weekend
    ~ plan some Christmas gifts
~ go pick up a new smoke detector as our bit the dust
    ~ maybe...paint a little

It looks like a lot but I actually enjoy doing that kind of stuff so it will be relaxing. Hope your all planning a peaceful day as well.

Going out of town later on this afternoon with my fil to the town my hubby is working in. I have a few things to get at the grocery store so I am going with fil and driving back with hubby when he gets off work. If I don't do this then I have to go in tommorrow, and I figure since fil is going in then I may as well save the gas lol.

Other then that my mother invited us over for dinner (lunch), so me and the three kids are going over there.

TV reporter is coming on Wednesday so will be spending most of our day cleaning the house. I'd also like to bake something today since its cool today. Suppose to have a rainy day here and the low is going to be around 54! A cool night of sleeping.

~DH and the kids have three yards plus ours to cut.
~DD has to go to school for 3 hours for tutoring for the high school graduation exam she has to take next week. She is only in 10th grade, but they give all 10th graders taking geometry the math portion. I figure they are offering the tutoring so she should take advantage of it.
~There are tons of clothes to wash/dry/fold/hang.
    ~General cleaning up.

~I've been up since 6:30. Made a hot breakfast, washed a bunch of dishes, took a 20 minute jog/walk, turned on the ac since we're expecting highs in the 90's today, and sent DH out to buy more roofing shingles and a few deals at Acme. The rest of the day I plan to sort ds's clothes, do some sewing and sweep the floors. Other than that I'll probably just hang out online and watch a movie this afternoon. Sunday's are the best!~

We are having a Family Reunion at lunchtime, today at the nearby manmade beach. Should be fun. Lots of good food. Other than that, I have a little more spiffing up of the house to do and a couple of loads of laundry.

Did some grocery shopping this morning. Spent $46 and change. Did some general chores around the house too. Not doing too much else. Going to putter around, read the newspaper, make supper later. A quiet day

I am lounging around the house and hanging out on Frugal Village this morning. I plan to clean the kitty litter, sweep, vacuum, clean the counters in the kitchen, do a quick swipe through the bathroom, dry dust, water plants, and 3 loads of laundry today. I have kept the apartment clean all week from last week's big fall cleaning. Now my goal is to clean twice a week (dry dust, vacuum, quick swipes through each room). I love having everything clean and in it's place. It's difficult to maintain this level of clean when I work outside the home 40 hours a week and my fiance is not a fan of cleaning. He scoops the litter, bags the trash, and vacuums if I nag enough. That's his extent of cleaning though, if I didn't do it he would be happy to live with lots of dust bunnies and a grungy bathroom.

I need to grocery shop and make dinner tonight. I am making pumpkin chili that one of our great villagers posted this last week. I am going to serve it with fresh bread and hopefully the leftovers will be eaten for tomorrow's lunch and either Wednesday night for dinner or I will freeze them for a dinner/lunches next week .

We are just cleaning the house and trying to fling as much as possible. We have a 4-h meeting from 2-4pm. Then I might catch some of the race.

I 'm not doing much at all today. I have come down with a cold and it has gone into my lungs which isn't good since I have asthma. It's humid here today so I am just laying around and keeping the doors and windows closed to keep the humidity out. Tomorrow I will be paying a visit to the doctors office. I am thinking that by Tuesday evening I should start feeling better since I will have 24 hours of medicine in me. This stuff started out like an allergy and then kept on going. Everyone have a good Sunday and I will see you when I am back on my flat feet.

Well I usually go to church on Sunday but I am having a pretty rough fibro day so I stayed home. Fixing a small dinner and then planning a good supper. I am planning for Christmas and my BIL/SIL baby shower. Hope to go through some craft and quilting supplies to purge because our quilt guild is having a "Yard Sale" tomorrow night. Hope to make a little money. I also have some homework and need to study for 2 tests. Oh and of course there is always housework and laundry.

My BFF and her family is coming to visit for 2 days. I'm really excited about it. We are gonna be hanging around the house mostly and going to the park, but they live 3 1/2 hours away, so just getting to eat goodies and chat is a big fun deal. We'll be watching some football later today.
