    Default Hey still hanging around

    Hey I am still around..
You know they say that the 50 is the new 30... Not around here..lol..
Short story summary of what I have been doing...
My BL is 46 and his girlfriend is 24 (he found her walking down the road and on the very of homeless) and fell in love, true, love..lol
And it ended up with a new baby.. I can' even begin to tell that drama.
Well end of this story for the last 2 weeks, I have had him 4 out of the 7 days of each week.( not sure how long this will go on) (As a good deed and no payment) So that they both can work and maybe get the rent paid.. And I am soooo busy and crazy.. I forget at 47 how much less energy I have. Was it a breeze when mine were little????
I am doing my Good deeds, for my angel wings, I just can't fathom why some people have children.
Well that is a whole nother post..
Just wanted to let everyone know I was still hanging around.. just kinda reading and lurking.. (can't type) got baby in my arms...lol...
    Hello to everyone...

I know what you mean about not understanding why some folks have children. I have a bil with three of them maybe even four , but he hasn't taken care of a single one of them. Yet , he will tell you all about how much he loves them. Give me a break.

Anyways bless you for helping them, hang in there.

Oh, Louise! Seems like life always keeps your hands full!

I am 54, and have watched my little baby-and-toddler nieces and nephews, (and grand n&n's) a few times, and I am Sooooo tired after a day of that. I cannot WAIT for grandkids (my sons are in no hurry, lol) but in small doses, I think! It is a JOB at this age. After about the age of 45, kids are wonderful, but exhausting!

I hope they get on their feet soon and you get back to 'normal' life.

You're definitely going to get those angel wings!

Well Louise I think for sure you're earning your wings. Lots of us seem to have family that makes us wonder why they had kids You're doing a really great thing. Just remember boundaries..........it's not easy though.

Trust me.. the type of people they are, they will never get on their feet... and it will never be a dream relationship. Kinda hard about getting involved cause the girl is like a sloth.. (close your eyes and imagine) So I am guessing this is going to be a regular thing. I gave up the resentment and anger. Cause when they aren't working they are hanging out and having a good time. But I do this not for them, but the baby. Maybe the kindness and love I give to him will carry him through his tough little life. It is good to know someone is in your corner, even if you can' talk yet... Pray for us.. I will keep visiting.. Thanks always for saying hey to me....
