I wiped out my emergency fund...
and I'm SO happy about it! I'm moving into a NICE duplex, just like mine (exact floorplan and everything) except that it has just been gutted and re-done. EVERYTHING is new. I'm looking forward to having a stove that the burners don't wobble, a tub that actually drains, blinds on the windows, cupboards that haven't had anything in them before me...
