In Edmond, OK
Hello! I cannot say how excited I am to have found Frugal Village! My fiance and I are fresh out of college - the wedding is next month, October 17. We are, of course, deep in wedding planning and excitment about our future together. He just started a new job, and I am staying home and teaching piano lessons at the house. I have already read a lot on the forums and I'm not sure what I have to contribute yet...But you all have motivated me beyond expression to get the right start in running my household!
How did you hear about frugal village? StumbleUpon!
What interests you here? EVERYTHING. Getting out of debt (we don't have a lot, but any amount is too much!), saving on utilities, learning about the purchase of homes and vehicles, caring for my home and family.
What will you contribute? Not sure yet...But I will!
Do you know any other members here? Not yet!
How many kids? Ages? No kids yet.
Tell us about yourself. See above
Do you own any pets? No pets, yet...the landlord won't have it.
Occupation? Piano Teacher
Married or single? Almost married!
Interests and hobbies? Cooking, crafting - cross stich, sewing, just picked up knitting for some great cheap Christmas gifts!, playing and performing on the piano, taking care of my soon-to-be-husband, and spending time with friends and family.

Welcome from Texas! Wish I had FV when I started out MANY years ago! It surely would have saved me a lot of headaches!!!!! Now I am a Grammy and just now feel like I'm getting a handle on it.
