    That is just crazy...seriously, surely he could NOT be charged with something for farting and fanning it toward an officer?!?!?!?! What is this world coming to.

    "The gas was very odorous and created contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Patrolman Parsons," the complaint alleged.



    That has got to be one of the most saddest attempts of "trumping up" charges on someone I have yet to see. What's next people getting charged with attempted battery on an officer for having bad breath while speaking to the officer and therefore having odorous contact of an insulting nature?

    That is too funny!!! Is that even legal?? There is no way it can be! What WILL people think of next, what happened to just the old fashion crimes of stealing and drunk driving, why do we have to get all fancy with gas crimes???
