    Question Need computer help

Good morning, I didn't know where to post this so I decided to putit in here. My dh got a Sansa MP3 player for his birthday. Neat "little" thing it is. Now ican generally do things on the computer if Ihave instructions but this thing has me totally stumped. The directions are really vague. We can download music from the radio to the player no problem. Supposedly you can us a CD too but then I'm lost. I followed the instructions from the player and my media player but I can't get it to work. Does anyone know how todo this? I even went into the website and called the support number but the number isn't for the company. TIA for any help.

Ok our's are not the same brand but here is what we do..... . We have a small usb cable that we connect to the mp3 player and to the computer.....we open windows media player. Then we put a cd into the cd player on the puter......RIP the cd. Then drag the songs or the whole cd to the playlist then hit Sync. That puts it on our mp3 players. Not sure it will be the exact same for you but maybe it will help you get started.

I have a Sansa mp3 player and I do exactly what PrarieRose does. You plug it into your computer via a usb cord in a usb port and let your windows media player recognize it, and go to sync and select what you want or select all if you have room on the mp3 player for all of your music and click "sync" If you have downloaded music then it's already in your media player, if you need to rip from cd's then follow PrarieRose's steps.

You can either create several playlists to make it easier to just select those and sync those or if you have all of your music correctly labeled in genre's then you can select which genre of music you want to sync, unless like I said your mp3 player will hold all of your music then just do it all.
