    How did you hear about frugal village? Google

    What interests you here? I love reading peoples stories. It's inspiring and also comforting to know that I'm not the only one who struggles.

    What will you contribute? I am not sure yet. Hopefully, some humor and inspiration to others.

    Do you know any other members here? Nope. I confess that I've been reading several posts and blogs for a week or so.

    How many kids? Ages? No kids.

    Tell us about yourself. I was born and raised in Iowa and moved to Chicago immediately after college. I wasn't taught any money management skills growing up, so I'm trying to teach myself right now. I'm learning a TON from the people on this site and for that I'm extremely grateful.

    Do you own any pets? I have two cats: Elliott and Mercedes

    Occupation? Paralegal

    Married or single? Single

    Interests and hobbies? Avid runner - I was training for the Chicago Marathon until I was sidelined with an injury. Now my hobbies include learning how to cook and live a frugal lifestyle. It's really more of an obsession than a hobby.
