IERS Meeting in school....
What an IERS meeting is at school (I believe that's the name of it)? Something about a teacher/student evaluation but i would like some more detail.

Do you mean IEP? If so that is an individualized educational plan for a student with special needs.

I don't know if that's it. Unless when you say special needs it accounts for kids that are too social (talk too much in class). If that is included, then you are probably right.
