    Default Husband's last day

    Today is a bitter sweet day because it is my DH last day at work. Tomorrow the adventure begins. We are moving 2000 miles next week for my DH to take a new job.
    We have been packing and preparing for the move for months, but I can't believe that the day coming so fast. We still have a lot of stuff to pack and a lot people to say goodbye to. Next we load a truck a drive 200 miles pulling our car on a trailer. Then the unpacking begins.
    My DH is going to be editor of a new weekly paper in Springfield, OR. It is kind of scary to be starting a new company right now due to the economy. But my DH and his new boss are going to start small and build up. They are both so excited about this new adventure. If nothing else, the move will bring us physically closer to family (ie no more plane rides to visit).
    It also will give us a new start, which we are both looking forward to. I am already planning how we can save money and cut costs.
