Trying to catch up....
Its been 5 days since surgery. This recovery is hard. I am still having pain but getting better slowly each day. I go back to the doctor on Monday. My sis in law left Friday. Yds is being really good and helping me out since I can not lift more then 10 lbs.
I am taking it easy and doing the minimal only. Yds vacuumed for me today and brought up the laundry from downstairs. He also carried in the few groceries I went and got.
Anyway, just trying to catch up on everyones posts.

Hope you get back into the swing of things soon. My husband is recouping from hip replacement and it has been 9 days and he is antsy. It is a new kind of hip surgery and he has a 12 inch incision. I hope your pain goes away more each and everyday.

I had my gallbladder out back in May. I know where you are. I'm now recovering from gastric bypass surgery that I had 2 weeks ago. Rest and be sure to let your family take care of you as much as possible. It's nice to have a little pampering while recovering. I hope your pain gets better quickly! Hang in there. You'll be back to normal before too long.
