    Thumbs up New Villager Here!

    Hi everyone!

    My name is Michael Nolan and while I'm new to Frugal Village I'm not new to frugal living at all! I'm a full-time freelance writer and one of the websites I author is specifically on the topic.

    I'm 36 and I live just outside Birmingham, Alabama with my partner and our 5 week old Jack Russell terrier named "Coop" (short for Cooper -as in Mini Cooper) where I am constantly finding ways of sneaking new frugal ways into the house every chance I get. Fortunately my partner is much more receptive given the current state of the economy!

    I look forward to seeing what great ideas I can discover here at FV!
