Default Please don't forget your local food banks

I know times are tough for all of us now, and we all know this is the situation in the back of our minds but we forget about it in our daily lives...

Food pantry donations in some areas have seen a HUGE decline in the amoutn of donations, and a HUGE increase in the number of people needing their services.

PLEASE donate whatever you can spare- people are in need more than ever right now, and no matter how little we all might feel like we have to give some days, if everyone gave a little bit, the change would be tremendous.

May I second that. A couple extra boxes of mac&cheese or something similar won't throw your budget out and people really are desperate.

It's funny you posted this...I just started filling up a brown bag today. We like to pack it to the top! I plan on dropping it off at a store someday soon.
