    Default Are you eating or drinking at the computer?

    Stop right now and look at what is beside you, food and drink-wise. Do you eat and drink while at the computer? Why?

    Time: 8:35 PM
    Eating: nothing at the moment
    Drinking: ice water with lemon wedge
    Why? I drink water all day. So I usually have a glass at the computer desk.
    Other info: I will often eat breakfast while at the computer. I'll make a ham sandwich for breakfast and settle down to chat on-line with my out-of-state family. It's like having breakfast with them.

    Why? I was thirsty.
    Other info: I eat at the computer all day long. It's sort of a habit for me. The only time I don't eat at the computer is dinner time. I usually have a bag of candy stashed in my desk too.

    Big cup of tea, and just finished breakfast (toast with homemade jam).

    I spend so much time at the PC (work, and research, and studying, and even for hobbies...), if I didn't eat at the PC, I would starve and dehydrate. BUT: As so many other people who love a cup of tea while working... Tea... Laptop... General clumsiness... Yes, exactly that...

    Why? Becuase it is 5:48 am and I am awake...
    Other info: Dh and I are "allowed" to eat or drink at the computer, it is the only place other than the dining table that it is allowed for anyone! The kids are not allowed after a pop spilling incident involving the death of one sticky keyboard. I sometimes eat my lunch at the computer. Coffee time and lunch times are about the only times during the day that I stop and sit down and have time to do "fun" things online!

    I always have something to drink with me. All day long. Right now it's my morning coffee. One of my meds' side effects is dry mouth, so I am never without something to drink
