    Default Renting Out Your Driveway

    http://www.parkatmyhouse.com/

An empty driveway during the day can be used by someone else, making you money at home, whilst you are out at work.

Rent out your drive or car parking space (if you live on a carpark) i think this is a great idea,

Can be used in the UK, US, Canada, Austraila, most of Europe

What happens if the person who rents a parking space, hits the house? I mean I know there is insurance for that, but the fear of maybe having a "not so good" driver parking on my lot doesnt sound appealing to me.

i dont know to be honest, unless you make up your own 'agreement' with them any damages they cause they pay for. prob depends how big your drive is and how well someone can park.

Only if you own the road. If you live in an area where there is enough parking need where there would be a demand to rent a parking spot, you won't own the road, it'll be city or county or state owned.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

That's pretty interesting! Around here we have a lot of residences and not so much parking. During special events the parking is very minimal. I don't have a spot I could rent out, but I do think it's a neat concept.
