    Default Hello my friends!

    Wow! I can't believe it's been almost two months since I've posted. I've really missed this place, but life got in the way...LOL!

    I am now working (teaching) F/T almost everyday. I also became a grandma on Oct 2nd. I love the extra income, but we are still living frugally 3/4 of my paycheck goes into our emergency fund & our vacation fund. We will be using our VF in Feb when DH and I go to Las Vegas for a week! I can't wait! DH has also upped his 401K to the maximum. Although like everyone else, we lost quite a bit during the last few months.

    Anyway.....I want to make it a point to be on this site at least a couple of times a week. You are all such an inspriation to me and I love all of your ideas....you keep me grounded

    justjoy, I know what you mean! I haven't been here in just about that long myself. I have not been working but, I got caught up on missing little girl case near by. Spent too much time reading all the documents released in the case. The mom was finally arrested.

    Now I need to regroup and catch up reading here!
