    Default bad business company vent

    I am so frustrated and wondered if anyone else knows of companies like this.
    My hubbies work has a point system where you gain points then can shop for items.
    We never touched the account so it could build up.
    (plus we heard there were a lot of difficulties with the employers even adding points to the system)

    Well we have some major points and can get 2 really nice gifts for our kids.
    The first very attempt the use the website was a nightmare.
    A simple easy peasy point and click was not even possible.
    I have been emailing them, caling them, and calling hubbies work for 8 days.

    There are 8 people who work the phones for orders and 25 IT people who are supposed to fix the problem.
    I don't believe for a second that 25 IT employees cant fix an issue in 8 DAYS?

    Does anyone happen to know if employers pay for these type services?

    This is starting to look like a scam to me?
    Thankfully I never paid out of my pocket.

    The sad thing is Christmas is coming soon and there needs to be shipping time.

    I am starting to wonder if there is NO technical problem at all?
    This is just a cover up for not allowing us to place our orders?

    Anyone familiar with these things?

    It isn't AwardsHQ is it because that is our point system and they are wonderful.?

    No unless they are affiliated somehow?

    I did some digging at Google and found the main co and CEO.
    They are a massive company too I learned.
    I called the main company and told them 8 days for the same run around doesn't sound right to me?
    I explain this was my very first attempt and utilizing this company benefit and its been a very negative experience.
    We have a lot of points and can even click on single link on their site.

    The customer no service seemed to have cared less and told me "the problem has not been fixed".
    Well,... duh! LOL
    Thats why I called them after calling the other # for 8 days.
    My hubby called another dept because they have a different set up but with the same company.
    She was told 10 days ago that the problem should be fixed soon.
    So even this other division is messed up?

    I have never shopped in my life without paying my own way so we were excited to get the kids good Christmas stuff......

    Can you imagine if Walmart registers didnt work for 10 days straight?
    And no alternative was offered for people to check out?
