    Default I won a KItchen-aid electric skillet!

I am so excited!!! It is worth $99

The prize notification came by fed EX! I don't have one and always wanted one (they are great for making pancakes)....but I might be very frugal and give it as a Christmas gift,,,,,, sheesh...well I will take my time to decide but in the meantime I am very happy!

    Congrats!

You can make the *best ever* roast in one too . My momma's recipe.....brown the roast on 350 on each side for about an hour, adding no water, salt and pepper to taste (garlic salt is best ). Then add water about 1/2 way up the pan and let it boil down a few times for another hour---half way through adding cut up potatoes and onions and bell peppers if you want. At the end pull the taters, onions and roast out and make gravy.....omg.....melt in your mouth good. We call it burnt offerings but I promise it's delish. (one more thing, we sometimes started the roast completely frozen, sometimes thawed, either way do it the same)

MMMMmmm that sounds so good. My Mil uses hers all the time in many different ways, I am so excited to own one! I was just telling Dh a few days ago that for Christmas I really needed another big frying pan (I only have one large one) do this will fit the bill perfectly!
Yes. It always pays to fill out those little forms....you never know....you just might win! And it doesn't cost you anything to try...so you have nothing to lose!
