Now I just have to find the accessories

Oh...it's beautiful! Congratulations on the find!
I guess I should start looking into that as well as dd will make her first communion in the spring, as well. I don't really know that much about it, as she attends church with dh, but I have a feeling I'll be the one in charge of the dress.

Thank you --- Her Communion is the first weekend in May, and most places recommend you order the dress by January the latest because some can take a while to come in. I had nightmares she was in a white sack because I couldn't find something decent in her size! (She's 8, almost 5' tall, and pushing in to a B
)
I honestly never thought I would have to buy one either
but, that's life for you. DD goes to Catholic school... second grade = First Communion. I had to explain the whole concept to her Lutheran Grandparents who only knew their Catholic friends got to wear a pretty white dress growing up
(
Not a bad find for $10, if I do say so myself -- and yes, it's brand new)
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

Did I read that right....$10????? Holy Cow!!! Its gorgeous!
WOW, first communion dresses have come a lllloooonnnngggg way since I was in second grade! I don't remember mine being nearly that beautiful!
Of course, we wore white robes over our dresses (don't remember why, but I do remember we were the only parish in our area to do that....)~Jessica

$10 is great! My dd1 make her 1st communion last year and I bought her dress from Ebay. It was brand new with the tags still on it. I paid $20.
