11-10-08 From weekend to work week. How's the day lookin?
Well my weekend went so well I now have to play catch up at the village. The orchestra concert was amazing and it was even more fun to watch my son get so into it. Sat. I took the boys to the cemetary and then over to my aunt's house as it was my uncle, that had passed away a couple of months back, birthday. Then a great soccer game where I got to socialize with the other parents. Sunday morning I picked up bagels and we went over my parents for breakfast as it was Dad's birthdat and then did another soccer game. DH and I watched Dexter and then Dh threw the blanket in the dryer to heat it up and we climbed into bed with a toasty blanket.

Today it's back to the grind as far as work goes. I've got a busy schedule there but I think I'm going to take lunch to go to one of the drugstores as they are all close by.
My outlook on the rest of the day looks sorta like this:
-- stop by the grocery on the way home
-- go over school stuff with the boys
-- talk Christmas with them while eating dinner
-- maybe bake something
-- spend some time with the cat (she hasn't been well and we've been working with her skin and coat as it is totally irratated)
-- spend some time with DH doing something fun
How's your day looking?Last edited by TheRootedNomad; 11-10-2008 at 07:30 AM.

My hubby has today and tomorrow off, so he plans on doing some deer bow hunting. I still need to fiqure out what to make for lunch and supper.
It better be something warm and filling.
I need to run a few errands today including some job hunting.
Not much to be had out there locally and still hearing about more layoffs at local factories. Not good

I like Monday's in my little world. Weekends are always so hectic between two or more soccer games, sleepovers with friends and DH's second job. Monday is when we get to stay home and follow our own little schedule.
I don't have much planned for today. The kids want hm waffles for breakfast then we will start our schoolwork. This afternoon I hope that ChaCha is working better so I can earn more Christmas money.Amy

I am going with her and my BIL to help move cattle. This afternoon I am going to file more paperwork and clean our home office.I also want to help clean the front and back staircases and spot treat the stair runners. I am going to wrap Christmas presents tonight while watching TV. Have a great day!

Today I plan to clean the house and finish off the laundry I didn't get to this weekend. The kiddos have a Dr. appointment later today. Both will receive shots, so we will get ice cream afterward, and maybe go to the park. Tonight I have to study for a test, and catch up on some reading for my poetry class. All in all, not too horrible...
