I'm just getting over the same thing. Mine lasted almost 3 weeks. Hate that you're suffering . Try hot water, lemon juice and honey. Stack enough pillows so that you are almost sitting up to sleep, not very comfortable but better than drowning in phlegm. Wear a maxi pad until the coughing part of the sickness is gone then do Kegels to rebuild pelvic muscle strength

i just want to say get well. get plenty of rest.
nothing is going around in my area yet. no one is sick yet. i know....it is coming....

Get well soon. Drink plenty of fluids to keep the phlegm thin. Horehound candy lozenges and slippery elm are good for coughing. I learned those in nursing school actually.
