OMG..I broke down and bought myself???
I can't believe I did this..this is so out of character for me..I just bought myself a 14K Yellow Gold 1/2ct diamond Journey pendant necklace off of Ebay for $199.00 from a power seller so not to worry about getting ripped off..I don't do anything for myself I'm always focused on my kids,dh or the house..I'm not for anything in fashion..I like what I like and thats it..it doesn't matter to me what anybody else thinks..I haven't treated myself to anything in years..I have had my eye on this since the very first time I saw the commercial on TV..I can't wait to see it...YAY...

I agree that we need to do something for ourselves once in a while. I think you deserve it for sure!

Don't feel so bad. You deserve something after not treating yourself in a long time.

Staying home doing nothing is a lot more fun if you don't have to do it.

Great!
There are times to treat yourself in your life, only you know when it is that time
Hope you will share a photo of the necklace

Ohh I bet it is so pretty. I'm sure you will wear the necklace often and get lots of joy from it.
Btw was yesterday Splurge Day? I bought new clothes that were desperately called for. Like you though it's hard to buy for myself. Maybe we both just needed a little pampering.

Thanks for letting me share that with all of you..I don't really have friends..my family our my friends...I don't think my brothers or my Dad would get excited over this..LOL.. you guys our my friends as far as I'm concerned..I still can't beleive I bought it but it's the only thing for the past couple of years (maybe longer not sure what year they came out with this)that was something I really really wanted for myself that I actually never stopped thinking about (on and off )how much I love the look of this thing..
p.s. I don't want anyone thinking I'm a bragger....This is a Christmas present to myself..I'm gonna look at this way it's from all the money I've saved myself/family for quitting smoking 19 months ago..since I smoked 2-3 packs a day
I'm figuring that's at least $10,000 that didn't get blown on smoking..
