Well wish me
luck..........I go to court at 8:30am to get a restraining order against the staker from H*ll. We had to call the police out on Sunday morning at 3:30 am because she was in my sons car..she knows the pass code on the door. She told the officer that she just came to return his stuff. He asked her if the stuff was in her car. She told him no. Then he said what are you doing here? She was told to leave not call or text him to leave him along. Well she came back after the police left and kept driving by calling and texting him, Then monday night or early Tue she got into his car and took his work phone and keys,,,,,,, I went last week and filed so I go before the judge this morning. I had to inform her 4 hours before court that there was court. So I couldn't go back to sleep. This is not fun

Well I got the restraining order.......but boy was it a pain.......... They lost my file and didn't tell me until court was almost over........ I had to go back and refile and then sit and wait somemore..........She never showed up now I go back on Dec 3 for a permenet one........ I need to have the sherrif serve her.......... We'll see it this helps.......
