Deer Hunters Widow
That's what I will be this weekend. Anybody else?
I think I am going to take advantage of the quiet house and get a few things done that I have been putting off for awhile. I may even do some baking for the holidays!

Yep. Have been for about 5 days now. He and his bro went up north early to get things ready. And relax I guess. Who knows? LOL.
I used to do all kinds of stuff while he was gone. Deep clean, bake, organize, get ready for the holidays. Now, I just relax. Do only what needs done. Take long baths and pamper myself more. Make nice, simple meals for just me. (kids are grown now). I learned.______

My Dh left last night! The kids and I immediately started decorating for Christmas!!! We are going shopping today to get Daddy's gifts! It's so quiet when he isn't here and I get so much done! I mean don't get me wrong, I miss him or at least I will start missing him in a couple of days!!! LOL!

Dh is out in his stand now! He almost got one last weekend, but his ADD kicked in (
ok, not really, but that is what I've been teasing him about) but he put his bow down and as soon as he did, one trotted right out in front of his stand! He was so ticked!
At least it is warmer this weekend, so maybe he'll come home in a better mood!
