You might want to try the adoption . com forums and post in the search and reunion areas -- there are actually search angels who help people find their lost family members.
Good luck.

*Have you tried the Cherokee tribe?
*Do you know where he came from?? (I was able to search out a guy my dad was in the airforce with in 1957 by just having his name and hometown).
If I think of anything else I will let you know.

Do you have a good libaray? If so see if they can order the LA Times from July 27, 1994. It should be on microfise. A Ted Leon Brown born 8/24/39 in Mississippi to a mother whos maiden name was Rogers passed. If you get the micorfise you should be able to read the obit. It may help you with more leads. It shouldn't cost anything more than your time.
I went to rootsweb and got tis information by typing in his name.
Sorry

I had a friend that worked in collections and was able to get the dirt on just about anyone. She was in a supervisory position though so that information may not have been able to just anyone. Otherwise anyone else experienced in skip tracing may be able to help out.
Good luck!~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~
