    Default Newbie in Va.

    Hi! I found you guys while searching for frugal living.
    I have a small farm (50 ac.) with sheep, goats, chickens, a few horses, too many cats, and a couple dogs. I work off farm at a paper company to make the mortgage. I'm single with no kids (at least no 2 legged ones!).
    What really started me looking into frugality was a combination of the ridiculous gas prices and the increase of both feed and grocery prices. It has really put a pinch on me. I'd like to get out of debt, as I don't see much improvement coming in the economy. So I'm joining in on some of the challenges, namely the $25.00 grocery challenge, and the no spend days idea is great too!
