    3/4 cup milk
    3 table spoons water
    1 egg
    1/4 cup butter
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3 1/3 cups flour
    3 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons yeast
Run the machine (if your doing it in a machine) on dough cycle, then roll the entire dough out on floured counter till about 1" thick, smear with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix on it then roll the whole thing up tight.
Cut into 1 1/2" rolls, put on greased cookie sheet. I let it rise for about 20 minutes in the oven on warm setting. Then cook on 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
I made powdered sugar, then mixed the powdered sugar I made, milk and cinnamon into a thick glaze and poured it over them when they were still hot!
    Now they are already gone!!!

Can you be a little more specific with the directions? I don't have a bread machine and the only time I've tried to make cinnamon rolls, they were a big flop. I'd like a tried and true recipe....

Oh those look delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe I have to wonder though since I can never leave anything alone lol what those would taste like with some pecans added into the rolls and like some maple flavoring added to the icing?

I'm going to have to try that....but first I am going to make them the way you did this weekend.

    Great job by the way!

The only difference between the machine and doing it by hand would be mixing those ingredients by hand and then rising in a warm place for 1 hour, the machine mixes first, then sets about 15 minutes then kneads and rises for 1 hour!
It is not different than doing a loaf of bread really, as long as the dough has doubled in size, your good to go with the hand mixing like I just put here then follow the rest of the above instructions, and to be honest. The cinnamon rolls were very easy to make!
