Default Are you making any side dishes today?

I am! We will be going to my sisters, they are making the turkey and mashed potatoes. Mom is making ham, pie and cottage cheese rolls. I am making cranberry relish, creamed corn, cranberry applesauce, sweet potatoe casserole (done), mushrooms au gratin, and maybe jello! I'd like to make everything today, and my daughters can help me make stuffing tomorrow.
Geez, this is making me hungry! Are you in the kitchen today?
Bought my new oven 1/08 and loving it!

My recurrent nightmare is there is no such thing as PMS, and this is my real personality.

I'll be in the kitchen all day, I think

I am making 2 pies, 1 cheesecake, holiday mashed potatoes, cranberry dipping sauce, gravy, chopping up all the ingredients for the stuffing, getting the turkey cleaned and all ingredients for it chopped, and the chex mix.

It's days like today that I really love having a double oven

My teens and I are in the kitchen today! I love it, too! In early preparation for tomorrow, we're doing the sweet tater pie, pumpkin pie and dressing/stuffing today.

We're also doing ham, sausage balls, cocktail weenies and apple tarts today--those are all for eating as we do them LOL!

It's become a Wednesday tradition when we stay home for Thanksgiving to jam the Christmas music, cook n eat!

    ~~Happy Thanksgiving!

**AMEN to that double oven, that'd be SO coolie!! Since our move, I now have a SMALL oven!! MamaMia!!**

My Dd and I will be doing mashed taters and sweet taters, pumpkin pie, peanut butter pie, gb casserole, creamed corn, and anything else I can think of that will save us time. Last year when I cooked, I got up at 4:30 am and started all the madness....this year, I am starting a day early.

~We're going over to my mom's but I'll be taking pies, an appetizer tray and the cranberry relish. I'll be making them all this evening when DH can keep the kids out of my hair.~

I made the cornbread for the dressing last nite.
Tonite I will finish making the dressing.
It's just the three of us, so I'm not making a bunch of food.
So tomorrow all I have to do is the bird, green bean casserole and the
    mashed potatoes.

DH got the turkeys butchered Monday. Gonna be odd to eat a turkey I raised from a chick. Today I'm off school and plan on getting everything ready for the stuffing so I just have to throw it together tomorrow morning. I have two pumpkin pies to do, and get the sweet potatoes and green bean casserole ready to just pop into the oven. Oh.. and deviled eggs. Hopefully all I'll have to do tomorrow is pop the turkey in the oven, mix the dressing and make homemade rolls.

My ham just came out of the oven, so the cornbread for stuffing is going in next. I'll still be making green bean casserole, and the stuffing with sausage and apples later while my whole turkey breasts are roasting.

I have the chocolate pecan and pumpkin pies done. We're off to my Mom's tomorrow. In the morning I'll put together the artichoke dip to put in the oven when we get there for snacks.
