I get mine via check. I like having the checks mailed to me--I usually apply it straigh to a debt that way.

I use Paypal with Pinecone Research and haven't had any problems at all. They are one of the best survey sites around.

Pinecone just paid me this afternoon.
No fee's taken out by Paypal." May we never let the things we can’t have or don’t have or shouldn’t have spoil our enjoyment of the things we do have and can have. I get the $3 Paypal - quick and easy! I use it to shop on eBay, or transfer it to my checking account.

I get my Pinecone checks via paypal too. I like it because I do not have to take them to the bank to deposit. I have never had any problems.

I used to use Paypal to sell organic flower seeds on ebay, and for a few other purposes. They keep getting worse and worse regulations for Paypal/ebay (owned by the same company) so that now you HAVE to use Paypal if you have less than 100 feedbacks. Having to accept Paypal means having to accept credit cards, which means switching to a business or Premier account and having them take the 2.9% +$.30 or whatever out of every transaction. So I don't sell on ebay anymore. Between ebay listing and sales fees plus the paypal fee I would wind up giving them $.60 or more when I sell seeds for $! so what is the point in that? Plus they don't allow you to use actual money for payments when you are buying or selling things. I figure that violates the fact that hard cash is legal tender for all debts public and private. I have never had a problem with people mailing me $2 in an envelope, and I think it is my right to use money so I just don't sell on ebay or use Paypal anymore. Possibly they have a deal with these Pinecone people, but still the money is electronic and if you don't use it online you still have to ask Paypal to send you a check.

No, you can transfer it to a bank account. I belong to several online programs that pay me with Paypal. When I get $25 or more in my Paypal account, I simply transfer it to my checking account. Paypal is "actual money", so I'm not sure what you mean saying that it's not. Am I missing something?

I use paypal for my Pinecone surveys and I love not having to keep up with the checks. I have lost several payments because I set the check aside and did not get it to the bank before it expired. Now that I have paypal, it automatically deposits it in the paypal account for me and I save a trip to cash or deposit the check.
