    8 people were killed in the mall shooting in Nebraska. Please take a momemt today to remember those wonderful souls.

    I will be lighting a candle today in memory of Maggie Webb, who was a very close friend of my brother. I never had the chance to meet Maggie, however, she was suppose to be a bridesmaid along with me and others at my brother's wedding next year. And I never tire of hearing my son-to-be sister-in-law telling stories of poor, frustrated Maggie trying to teach her how to bake cookies at Christmas time!

    Please take a moment to remember these people, if only for today. For people like my brother, his fiance and Maggie's family, they will never be able to forget their loss.

    My thoughts and prayers are with those involved in this tragedy. I was in the area visiting relatives and we almost went to this mall to do some Christmas shopping that same day, one of my aunt's wasn't feeling well so we decided to wait until the next day. I felt deep sorrow while watching it on the news.
