I dream about mine occasionally, and I dont like it either. It may not neccessarily be "him" your dreaming about so much as what "he" may represent, say your going through a struggle right now, you may dream about your ex spouse because it was a "struggle" to be with him, kwim.

It happens to me, too--I think it's pretty normal. BUT, I have to say if one of my ex's looked like Nick Lachey, I would not mind dreaming about him at all!!!

Oh it happens to me. I heard from one of those 'Dream professional dudes' that it means you have unresolved issues. For me it was the two that broke my heart. If I dreamed about another ex the dream was not that big of deal.

Usually these are intense dreams and I am a lucid dreamer. I actually tracked down one of my exes years later because I did have a burning question that I needed resolved in my life. He was glad to hear from me and told me the truth and I was able to lay it down and now I never have those crazy dreams anymore. Sounds crazy I know but it was something that haunted me for years in my sleep. Actually he was my first love you could say. Every once in awhile he will be in my dream but it's not that intense.

Now it's freaky when I have dreamt about the same dream I had years ago and my subconscience remembers it and the story contiunues. heh. I mean some dreams from when I was a child I still remember.

Dreams are an interesting topic to me.
